Life in Olbyn: photographing childhood in a countryside

I love to shoot in a countryside.

Everything is real in there, it’s whole-hearted, easygoing and without disguise.

When you start taking photos of children in a countryside you can be a child for a while too. You bring back to memory what this means to get stars from the sky, to dream and to open any door.

Because childhood is that period of your life which you recall with such a flutter.

And documentary photography for me is that very tool which helps to describe this fairytale as natural as possible. What can be more precious than the purity of the moment? These are minutes of a real life, but not standing on the stage ground. This is the time when we are real with our emotions, highlights, branded motions and our very own squint.
